Why subscribe?
Subscribers get higher-quality models, more credits, faster generation, watermark-free outputs and full privacy. Your subscription also funds ongoing model improvements and platform reliability.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings or the customer portal. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period — no early termination fee.
Do you offer refunds?
Digital subscription purchases are generally non-refundable. For billing errors or special circumstances, email support@aperture.studio and we will respond within three business days.
Will you raise prices?
Pricing may evolve as we add features and capacity. Existing annual subscriptions are honored at the price you signed up for through the renewal date.
Do paid plans get better image quality?
Yes. Paid plans unlock higher-resolution models with finer detail, better prompt fidelity and more consistent results across multi-image projects.
What happens during high traffic?
Premium and Ultimate users skip the public queue. During unusual surges, abuse-detection rate limits may briefly apply to all users — these usually clear within minutes.
How do I get help?
Email support@aperture.studio for any account, billing or product question. Paid users get priority response within one business day.
What are credits?
Credits are the currency for generating images and videos. Each model costs a different amount. Free users get 10 credits per day; Premium users get 2,000 per month; Ultimate users get 5,000 per month.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Use them or lose them — they are designed to reflect your active creative capacity.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately and is prorated. Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal date. Manage all of this from the customer portal.
