  • What file formats are supported?
    PNG, JPG, and WebP up to 10 MB. We re-encode the output as PNG by default.
  • How many credits does each edit cost?
    Quick presets cost 2 credits. Style and relight presets cost 12. Pro mode reserves 24 credits for high-fidelity changes.
  • Can I edit a photo of a person?
    Yes. Identity-preserving modes keep facial structure intact while re-rendering style, color, or lighting.
  • Is my image stored?
    Uploads are stored privately for 30 days so you can revisit results, then deleted automatically.
  • Can I cancel a running edit?
    Yes — close the page and the task will be cancelled. Credits are refunded when a cancellation lands before the model accepts the job.
  • Does the edit preserve resolution?
    Output resolution matches the input up to 2048px on the longest edge. Larger inputs are downsampled before edit and upscaled after.
  • Do you support batch edits?
    Not yet on this surface — bring multiple images into Studio for batch workflows.
  • Why did my edit fail?
    Most failures are content-policy hits or transient provider errors. We refund credits automatically when the model rejects a request.
  • Can I use the result commercially?
    Yes on Premium and Ultimate. Free outputs include a watermark and are limited to personal use.
  • What about NSFW content?
    We apply a safety filter on input and output. Repeated violations trigger a soft warning, then a temporary lock.
  • How fast is the edit?
    Most quick presets return in under 8 seconds. Style transfer can take up to 25 seconds depending on traffic.
  • Does Studio have the same editor?
    Studio's edit-in-place panel uses the same models, plus selection tools and a layered canvas.
